Image processing
Hiromaru Image Converter converts, resizes, zips and lays out your images as A4 PDFs entirely in your browser. Your images, file names and generated PDFs are never uploaded to our servers or sent to any analytics service.
Local browser storage (IndexedDB)
So you can come back after leaving the page, the site stores your original images, results and output settings in your browser's database (IndexedDB) on your device. This data stays on your device and is kept for up to 30 minutes; after that it is deleted the next time you open the site. You can delete it at any time with “Clear stored data” or “Clear all”.
Cookies
Essential and preference cookies (used without consent):
- lang: remembers the interface language you chose, kept for 1 year.
- cookie_consent: remembers whether you accepted analytics cookies, kept for 6 months.
Analytics cookies (set only after you consent):
- _ga, _ga_<ID>: random identifiers Google Analytics uses to tell new and returning visitors apart, kept for up to 2 years.
Cookies never contain images, file names, image content or anything that directly identifies you.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and feature usage — for example pages viewed, device type, approximate region, traffic source, and how often features such as “start conversion” or “generate PDF” are used along with their settings (output format, number of images, PDF images per page and orientation). We never send images, file names, PDF content, file paths or any text you type.
Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months. See Google's privacy policy for how Google processes data.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the site. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it uses no cookies and doesn't track individual users.
Withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. After you withdraw consent, the site stops sending analytics data and deletes the analytics cookies it can control.
